Delivery Times e-Gifts.co.nz endeavours to despatch national orders within 3 - 5 buiness days. International orders take approximately 4 - 15 days to arrive after receiving your order, depending on the destination.

Delivery Charges National delivery charges begin at $9.95 including GST per order and are based on size and weight of the product and will be displayed during the checkout process.
International delivery charges are based on size, weight and destination and will be displayed during the checkout process.
Gift Vouchers are free as they are dispatched electronically.

Delivery Method e-Gifts.co.nz uses Fastway Couriers for all National deliveries. A signature will be required at the time of the delivery. If no one is at the delivery address during delivery, the Courier will leave a card with details for arranging a suitable delivery time. Fastways does not deliver Sundays or Public Holidays. International orders are shipped using NZ Post International Air freight. Please note that we do not deliver to Private Bag or Postal Boxes addresses.

Insurance All orders are insured until delivered. Once an order has been delivered to the client specified address it is considered completed and E-Gifts.co.nz will not be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery.

Your Obligations It is imperative that during the order process you enter the correct delivery address. If there is any client error in the address specified, redelivery to the correct address will incur an additional delivery charge.

It is your responsibility to promptly advise E-Gifts.co.nz if an order is not delivered when expected. We will then contact the Courier Company for clarification and arrange for prompt delivery. E-Gifts.co.nz will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery. A late delivery does not constitute reasonable means to cancel an order.

National Shipping Rates By spending over $100.00 you will automatically recieve free delivery within New Zealand. Note: This offer is valid for a limited time and may exclude large items.
After the expiry of the Free shipping offer, normal Shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Please note that the following may influence the shipping price quoted:

• The number of items
• The size of the items
• The weight of items
• Destination of the item
• Delivery to Rural Areas

International Shipping Ratese-Gifts.co.nz use NZ Post International Air for all international deliveries. Pricing depends on the size and weight of the products ordered and the destination.
