The Quaich is a Scots rendering of the Gaelic word "cuach"; meaning cup. It has long been used as a cup of friendship, love and comradeship and is used in the same way today. This quaich is made from precision engineered, high quality stainless steel, which has been hand polished to a mirror finish.

The bowl, handle and rim have a simple but striking Celtic weave. The flat rim of this quaich is engraved with ‘Dalvey' on one side and ‘Slainte Mhath' on the other which is Gaelic for ‘Good Health'.
